Vinyl  Commercial Warranty

Kasson & Keller provides the following warranty for all of its PVC prime windows

This warranty is not transferrable by the original purchaser of the windows and begins with the original date of purchase. Any rights claimed by the virtue of the warranty are to be made by the original purchaser in writing to Kasson & Keller, Inc. Ecoshield Window Systems and Kasson & Keller, Inc., warrants that the windows will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the warranty.

The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects specified herein, and does not include defects or damage as a result of installation, accidents, acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, misuse or neglect. Ecoshield Window Systems and Kasson & Keller, Inc., will not assume responsibility for labor costs for repair, removal or reinstallation of a unit or any component part thereof; although the contractor or service man may have the right to charge a service fee.

PVC Extrusion
10Years
Kasson & Keller, Inc., warrants that the Kas-Kel rigid extrusions shall not, under normal atmospheric conditions, chip, crack, blister or peel for a period of ten years from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the possible fading of the PVC extrusions.
Insulated Glass
10 Years
Kasson & Keller, Inc., warrants the Kas-Kel insulating glass to be free of material obstruction that restricts vision resulting from film formation, moisture or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces for a period of ten years from date of purchase.
Window Operating Parts
5 Years
Kasson & Keller, Inc., warrants the Kas-Kel parts such as rollers, handles, locks, balances and latches to be free of defects for a period of five years from date of purchase.
Conditions Not Covered
Condensation (or sweating) on either the glass of frame section of window units is determined by the difference in temperature between the exterior and interior sections of the unit along with the level of humidity present in the building. Because of the variability of temperature/humidity conditions from building to building, Kasson & Keller, Inc., is unable to give a warranty regarding condensation
Submitting Claims
All claims must be in writing and submitted within 60 days after the discovery of the claimed defect. All claims should be mailed to the original place of purchase, or if no longer in operation to Kasson & Keller. Kasson & Keller, Inc., or its appointed representative, shall be allowed to make a reasonable inspection of claim.

Any claims made after the warranty period, or as a result of breakage outside the guidelines of the warranty, shall be honored by the purchaser paying current material costs and shipping charges. Kasson & Keller, Inc. reserves the right to change or delete products or component parts of said products

Sunny Window
1. 

All claims must be in writing, and submitted within 60 days after discovery of the claimed defect.

All claims should be mailed to the original place of purchase, or if no longer in operation, to Kas-Kel Window Systems. Kas-Kel Window Systems, or its appointed representative, shall be allowed to make a reasonable inspection of the claim.

Kas-Kel Window Systems requires the following information prior to mailing replacement parts. This information can be found on the label inside the head of your window: Order Number, Lot Number, Customer Name, Customer PO, Order Date, Window Type, Window Size . Provide the following only if the homeowner is making the claim directly to Kas-Kel Window Systems: Home Owner Name, Address, Daytime Phone,.

Any claims made after the warranty period or as a results of breakage outside the guidelines of the warranty, shall be honored by the purchaser paying current material costs and shipping chargers. Kas-Kel Window Systems reserves the right to change or delete products or component parts of said products.

This warranty affects doors manufactured after July 11th, 2011.
