CHALLENGE:

The top Sash needed to be fixed for safety reasons, but as the windows are in a high rise maintenance needed to be able to clean the windows.

SOLUTION:

We were able to modify our double-hung window to behave as a single-hung window. The tenants cannot operate the top sash, but maintenance has the knowledge to remove the sash for cleaning.
